Non-teaching staff: 11Ray of Hope Academy was established in 2014 to provide children in Mbausu and surrounding rural communities with access to structured, inclusive, and purposeful education. The Academy serves learners at nursery, primary, and secondary levels and was developed as more than a conventional school. It was conceived as a place where children—regardless of family income or social background—could receive academic instruction, moral formation, practical skills, and the confidence to imagine a better future.

A Life of Faith, Gratitude and Service
Rev. Fr. Daniel Msugh Agber is a Catholic priest, author, mentor, and humanitarian whose life and ministry have been shaped by faith, gratitude, compassion, and a deep respect for the dignity of every human person.
Through his pastoral ministry, he has encountered children, young people, families, and communities whose hopes were threatened by poverty, illness, limited educational opportunities, and difficult social circumstances. These experiences strengthened his conviction that compassion must move beyond good intentions and become practical, responsible, and lasting service.
